Attorney Brian P. McVan, Esq. is the founding partner of McVan & Weidenburner, previously Law Office of Brian P. McVan, LLC. Brian has decades of extensive experience as a successful attorney.
Brian received his Bachelors Degree from La Salle University in Philadelphia, PA, and his Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University in Ft. Lauderdale, FL.
Brian served proudly and with distinction as an Airborne Ranger in the United States Army, serving with the 20th Special Forces Group of the Green Berets. Brian served later as a Captain in the U.S. Army Judge Advocate General Corps, serving as Director of the Claims and Litigation Division of the Office of the Staff Judge Advocate at Fort Dix, NJ, and later as defense counsel in the Northeast office of the U.S. Army Trial Defense Command.
Brian has been in private practice for over thirty years and has acted as lead counsel in hundreds of civil and criminal trials. He has been recognized by his peers as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer.
